Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medicinal products and in accordance with applicable UK law and health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of over-the-counter (OTC) medicines once they have been supplied and have left our control, except where required by law.

Non-returnable items

OTC medicines, including but not limited to topical treatments such as minoxidil, are generally non-returnable and non-refundable if you have changed your mind or no longer require the product. This may apply even if the product is unopened, subject to applicable legal rights.

Medicinal products must be handled in accordance with applicable UK medicines regulations to protect public health and safety. Products that cannot lawfully be returned to the supply chain must be disposed of safely.

Distance selling and cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, certain goods sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes may be exempt from the usual cancellation rights when unsealed after delivery. The applicable exemption depends on the product and circumstances. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our order-processing procedures.

Refund limits

Any refund issued will not exceed the amount originally paid by the customer for the relevant product, except where otherwise required by law. Delivery costs may be excluded where legally permitted.
